1. Introduction

2. Services

Almabsat provides construction materials supply services for businesses and organizations (B2B) and individuals (B2C) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our services include supplying cement, sand, blocks, and other essential and supplementary construction materials and supporting construction needs, in addition to delivery services to project sites.

3. Orders & Pricing

Prices that may be provided through the website or any other channel adopted by Almabsat are preliminary and non-binding until officially confirmed by the Company. Prices are subject to market fluctuations and may change without prior notice. An order is considered confirmed only after the customer approves the final quotation and the Company confirms the availability of the requested materials. The Company reserves the right to reject any order for any reason.

4. Payment

Payment terms for each order are determined separately according to the agreement between the two parties. All amounts are denominated in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate. The customer is obligated to pay the amounts due on the agreed-upon dates. Late payment may result in the suspension of services or future orders without any liability on Almabsat.

5. Delivery

Stated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, and may be affected by factors beyond the Company's control such as weather conditions, traffic, and material availability. The Company commits to making every effort to meet the agreed-upon delivery times. The client bears responsibility for any shortcoming in the event of providing an unsuitable, unsafe, or inaccurate delivery location.

6. Cancellation & Returns

The client has the right to cancel the order before delivery procedures begin without any additional charges. After these procedures begin or after the materials are delivered, cancellation or return is subject to inspection of the materials and verification of their condition. Return requests are not accepted for materials that have been used or damaged after receipt. The client bears the delivery and loading costs incurred by Almabsat in the event of order cancellation after delivery procedures have begun or in the event of requesting a return after materials have been delivered, except in the case of a breach by Almabsat in the supply, where a breach is defined exclusively as supplying products that do not match the products approved in the customer-approved quotation. Accepted return requests are processed within a reasonable period according to the Company's policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability is limited in all cases to the value of the relevant order. The Company does not bear any responsibility for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, project delays, or any damages resulting from the use of materials. Materials are provided "as is" or according to the specifications of the source or manufacturer. Any description or field of use stated for products is based on information available from the manufacturer or publicly available information, and the store bears no consequences regarding these descriptions or fields of use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics, is the property of Almabsat Materials Technology Co. and is protected under the applicable intellectual property laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Copying, reproducing, or distributing any of the website's content without prior written permission from the Company is prohibited.

9. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments are published on this page and the publication date is considered the effective date.
